Starting in the New Year, if you require assistance or have questions regarding Personal Support Worker or Nursing care, please contact the GreenShield call center at 1-877-266-5494. They will directly connect you to a nurse who will be able to answer your questions and provide you with the support you need.
If you’re currently receiving support through Bayshore Carepath, rest assured that there will be no disruption to your service. Bayshore will continue to assist you until your case is closed. Please note that Bayshore Carepath will no longer be accepting new calls as of January 1st, 2025.
We’ll be sharing more details with you in early January when this exciting new program launches.
