What Changes When You Sign Up for GreenShield+ Online?
When you register for GreenShield+, you can set up Direct Deposit so your payments go straight to your bank account. You’ll also have the option to send in many claims online if you want.
If you’d rather keep using paper claim forms, that’s okay — but your Explanation of Benefits (EOB) will no longer come in the mail. Instead, it will be posted in your GreenShield+ account, and you’ll need to log in to see it.

How to Get Started
It’s easy to sign up:
- Visit www.greenshield.ca
- Select the “Sign In” button in the top right-hand corner for GS+
- Select GreenShield+ member sign in
- Select “Don’t have an account – Sign Up” link at the bottom of the page
- Select “Through an employer or organization”
- Enter your GreenShield Member ID and email
- Add your banking information for direct deposit
- Start submitting claims online — and enjoy faster payments!
